Weir-type diaphragm valves for corrosive chemical, pharmaceutical, and water treatment applications. Flexible elastomer or PTFE diaphragm provides bubble-tight shutoff and completely isolates the bonnet, stem, and compressor from the process fluid -- eliminating packing leakage. Compact design with fast-acting operation. Wide diaphragm material selection covers all chemical services. BS EN 13397 / MSS SP-88 compliant. Self-draining weir profile for sterile applications.

| Standard | Description |
| Design Standard | BS EN 13397 Industrial Valves -- Diaphragm Valves, MSS SP-88 Diaphragm Valves |
Notes
- Diaphragm material must be specified by the purchaser based on chemical compatibility and temperature.
- For high-temperature service (> 200 deg C), PTFE or RPTFE diaphragm with SS316 body is required; rubber diaphragms are not suitable.
- For sanitary / food-grade service, tri-clamp ends and FDA-approved EPDM or PTFE diaphragm are required.
- Diaphragm is a wearable part; recommended spare diaphragm inventory is 1 per 10 valves for critical service.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
