Technical Datasheet -- Duplex Basket Strainers for Uninterrupted Pipeline Filtration
Duplex basket strainers for continuous operation applications where pipeline shutdown is not permitted. Two parallel basket chambers with an integral diverter valve allow switching from the dirty basket to the clean basket without interrupting flow. ASME B16.34 / API 594 compliant. Each chamber can be isolated independently for safe basket removal and cleaning.

The Duplex Strainer -- Continuous Operation WCB is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable API / ASME / BS / ISO international standards. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Standard construction is carbon steel, stainless steel (CF8 / CF8M), and special alloy grades. Alternative and upgraded grades -- Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and NACE MR0175 trims for sour service -- are available on request.
It is offered in a range of sizes as per the technical specification with standard ANSI / ASME pressure classes (PN ratings on request). End connections include flanged (RF / RTJ), butt-weld, socket-weld, and screwed ends as per specification.

Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat testing per API 598 / ISO 5208. Documentation includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC (3.2 on request), NDT reports, and fire-safe (API 607) or NACE MR0175 certification where applicable. Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
