Notes
- Vessel dish radius must be supplied at order; body is machined to match within ±1 mm for zero dead volume.
- Dip pipe connection size and orientation must be specified at order; standard is 1" NPT or tri-clamp oriented at 45 degrees.
- For CIP/SIP service above 135°C, specify PEEK or platinum-cured silicone seal with high-temperature actuator diaphragm.
- Pneumatic actuation requires 5-6 bar clean dry air; specify double-acting or spring-return (fail-closed) at order.
- Tri-clamp end connections require specified ferrule standard (DIN 32676, SMS, or ISO 2852) at order for gasket compatibility.
