The Complete Spare Kit -- Gas Pipeline Safety Valves is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with applicable API / ASME / BS / ISO international standards. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
The standard and optional materials of construction - body, bonnet, wedge/disc, stem, gland and handwheel - are listed in the Materials of Construction table on this datasheet. Special-alloy and upgraded trims are available on request.
It is offered in a range of sizes as per the technical specification with standard ANSI / ASME pressure classes (PN ratings on request). Refer to the End Connection row in the Technical Specifications table on this datasheet for the exact ends offered for this valve.

Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
