This datasheet covers integral monoflange block and bleed needle valves in SS316 forged barstock for direct mounting between process flanges and instrument flanges, replacing traditional root valve assemblies.

Notes
- Monoflange process flange must match nozzle flange class and facing (RF or RTJ); confirm nozzle specification at order.
- Standard instrument connection is 1/2" NPT female; alternative 1/2" tube compression or 1/2" socket weld available on request.
- Monoflange is not a pressure-boundary flange; process-side bolting must still meet piping code requirements for nozzle and gaskets.
- For high-vibration service (compressors, pumps), specify locking handles and anti-vibration transmitter mounting bracket.
- NACE MR0175 compliant version available for sour gas; specify H2S partial pressure and CO2 content at order.
