High-pressure needle valves for instrument isolation, gauge root valves, process sampling systems, and hydraulic control circuits. Precision-machined tapered needle with Stellite-hardened tip provides fine flow control with high rangeability and bubble-tight metal-to-metal shutoff. Compact forged barstock body (SS316, carbon steel, Monel, or Titanium) with panel mount option. Multiple end connections: threaded NPT/BSP, socket weld, butt weld, tube compression, and flanged. API 602 / ASME B16.34 / NACE MR0175 compliant.

Notes
- Maximum operating pressure, end connection type, and body material must be specified by the purchaser.
- For oxygen service (> 21% O2), all components must be degreased and cleaned per ASTM G93 Level 300, and PTFE packing is required (no oil-based lubricants).
- For sour gas service (H2S > 50 ppm), NACE MR0175 compliant SS316L or duplex stainless steel body and needle are required.
- For high-cycle instrument isolation service (> 1,000 cycles/year), Stellite 6 needle tip is strongly recommended to prevent galling.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
