Notes
- Parallel slide valves are unidirectional by design; install with flow arrow matching actual process flow direction cast on body.
- Spring preload is factory-set for rated pressure and temperature; do not disassemble spreader spring without OEM guidance.
- For superheated steam above 425°C, specify WC6 or WC9 body material with corresponding high-temperature packing and gaskets.
- Disc seating surfaces are lapped as a matched pair; do not interchange discs from different valves or seating leakage will occur.
- IBR inspection and Form III-C certificate available on request for boiler steam applications; allow 2-3 weeks additional schedule.
