Lubricated and non-lubricated tapered plug valves for on-off and diverting service. Full-bore or regular-bore design with PTFE sleeve (non-lubricated) or sealant injection system (lubricated). Quarter-turn operation provides rapid actuation and clear position indication. Low operating torque due to PTFE sleeve or lubricant film. API 6D / API 599 / ASME B16.34 compliant. Multi-port diverter options available.

Notes
- Bore type (full bore FB or regular bore RB) and sleeve/seal type must be specified by the purchaser.
- For high-temperature service (> 260 deg C), lubricated design with WC6 body and sealant injection is required; PTFE sleeve is not suitable.
- For abrasive service (sand, catalyst fines), lubricated design with hardened plug and body overlay is strongly recommended.
- For sour gas service (H2S > 50 ppm), material upgrade to NACE MR0175 compliant SS316L or duplex SS is required.
