V-port segmented ball control valves for high-capacity throttling and on-off service. V-notch ball profile provides shearing action for slurry and fibrous media while maintaining precise flow control with 100:1 to 300:1 rangeability. SS316 or WCB body with pneumatic rack-and-pinion, scotch-yoke, electric, or hydraulic actuator. Smart digital positioner with HART / Fieldbus / Profibus and valve diagnostics. ISA S75 / IEC 60534 compliant.

Notes
- Process conditions (fluid, inlet/outlet pressure, temperature, flow rate, characteristic) must be specified by the purchaser for correct sizing, V-notch profile, and actuator sizing.
- For abrasive slurry service, Stellite 6 overlay on V-notch edges and hardened SS440C ball material are strongly recommended.
- For high-temperature service (> 260 deg C), PEEK or metal/Stellite seat is required.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
