Top-entry ball valves for in-line maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. Single-piece forged or cast body with removable bolted bonnet cover allows access to ball, seats, stem, and seals while the valve remains installed and the pipeline remains in service. API 6D / API 608 / ASME B16.34 compliant. Full bore or reduced bore. SS316 or WCB body with spring-loaded PTFE/RPTFE/PEEK seats. Fire-safe per API 607 / ISO 10497. Lever, gear, or actuator operated.

Notes
- Bore type (full bore FB or reduced bore RB), pressure class, and end connection must be specified by the purchaser.
- For in-line maintenance capability, ensure adequate overhead clearance above the valve for bonnet cover removal and seat replacement.
- For sour gas service (H2S > 50 ppm), material upgrade to NACE MR0175 compliant SS316L or duplex SS is required.
- For cryogenic service (below -50 deg C), extended bonnet, cryogenic packing, and low-temperature materials (ASTM A352 LCC) are required.
