NAB (Nickel Aluminium Bronze) provides superior seawater corrosion resistance compared to standard stainless steel grades. NAB resists impingement corrosion and crevice corrosion in flowing seawater at temperatures up to 60 deg C. It also has natural anti-biofouling properties, reducing algae and mussel growth. For UAE coastal applications, NAB is more cost-effective than super duplex stainless steel.
