High Pressure Ball Valve – 10000 PSI (690 bar)

High pressure ball valves rated up to 10000 PSI (690 bar). Sizes from 1/4" to 2" (DN8 to DN50). Designed per API 602 and ASME B16.34. Available with PTFE, PEEK, or Delrin seats for temperatures from -20°C to +232°C. End connections: Screwed (NPT/BSPT), Socket Weld, and Butt Weld. Features blow-out proof stem, anti-static device, and optional fire-safe design.

Product Overview

Supreme Valves India manufactures high pressure ball valves designed for demanding industrial applications. These forged body ball valves are engineered to handle pressures up to 10000 PSI (690 bar) while maintaining reliable sealing performance.

The design complies with API 602 (compact steel valves) and ASME B16.34 (valve pressure-temperature ratings). Testing is conducted per API 598 to ensure bubble-tight sealing.

Available in floating ball design for smaller sizes (1/4" to 1") and trunnion mounted ball design for larger sizes (1-1/4" to 2") to handle higher torque loads. The full port design ensures minimal pressure drop and maximum flow capacity.
