Product Overview

Supreme Valves India manufactures high pressure ball valves designed for demanding industrial applications. These forged body ball valves are engineered to handle pressures up to 10000 PSI (690 bar) while maintaining reliable sealing performance.

The design complies with API 602 (compact steel valves) and ASME B16.34 (valve pressure-temperature ratings). Testing is conducted per API 598 to ensure bubble-tight sealing.

Available in floating ball design for smaller sizes (1/4" to 1") and trunnion mounted ball design for larger sizes (1-1/4" to 2") to handle higher torque loads. The full port design ensures minimal pressure drop and maximum flow capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum pressure rating for these high pressure ball valves?

These high pressure ball valves are rated up to 10000 PSI (690 bar). Available in 3000 PSI, 6000 PSI, and 10000 PSI pressure classes. The actual working pressure at elevated temperatures should be per ASME B16.34 pressure-temperature ratings.

What size range is available?

Available in sizes from 1/4" to 2" (DN8 to DN50). Full port design is standard for maximum flow capacity. Reduced port options available on request.

What end connections are available?

Available with screwed ends (NPT or BSPT threads), socket weld ends, and butt weld ends. This provides flexibility for various piping configurations and installation requirements.

What seat materials are available for high temperature applications?

Standard seat material is PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) rated for -20°C to +180°C. For higher temperatures up to +232°C, PEEK (polyether ether ketone) seats are available. Delrin seats are also an option for specific applications.

What standards do these valves comply with?

These valves are designed per API 602 and ASME B16.34 standards. Testing is conducted per API 598. The fire-safe design is optional and complies with API 607 / ISO 10497.
