End-of-line and in-line flame arresters for preventing flame propagation in tank vents, process pipelines, and atmospheric discharges. Crimped ribbon or parallel plate SS316 element quenches deflagration and detonation flame fronts by heat dissipation in narrow channels. Housing in carbon steel epoxy-coated or SS316. Element gap matched to gas group (IIB3, IIB, IIA). ATEX / IECEx certified for Zone 0, 1, 2. API 2020 / EN ISO 16852 compliant. Removable element for inspection and replacement.

Notes
- Gas group (IIB3, IIB, IIA), flame type (deflagration or detonation), and operating temperature must be specified by the purchaser for correct element gap selection and housing design.
- Install end-of-line arresters vertically (preferred) or horizontally with the element below the flange to prevent liquid accumulation in the element channels.
- For in-line installation, the distance from the ignition source to the arrester must be specified to determine deflagration vs detonation design.
- Inspect and clean the element annually or whenever pressure drop exceeds 20% above clean condition; replace element if corrosion, fouling, or damage is observed.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
