Fully steam-jacketed gate, globe, and ball valves for molten sulphur, bitumen, pitch, and other solidifying media. Inner body carries process fluid; outer welded steam jacket (SA-516 plate, full-penetrement welds with PWHT per ASME Section IX) maintains temperature above solidification point. Flanged steam inlet/outlet connections positioned for thermosyphon or forced circulation. Inner valve uses standard API 600 / API 6D proven trim and seats. WCB, SS316, or WC6 inner body with Stellite seat overlay. Jacket rated for 10 bar saturated steam. ASME B16.34 / API 600 / API 6D / ASME Section IX compliant.

Notes
- Process fluid type (sulphur, bitumen, pitch, wax, polymer), solidification temperature, and operating temperature must be specified by the purchaser for correct steam jacket sizing and temperature margin.
- Steam pressure and flow rate available at site must be specified for correct jacket connection sizing and heat duty verification.
- For high-viscosity media (> 10,000 cP at operating temperature), specify full-bore ball valve inner design to minimise pressure drop and prevent flow restriction.
- For corrosive media (acidic bitumen, chlorinated compounds), SS316 inner body and jacket with PTFE packing are required; WCB will corrode.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
