Compact, barstock dimensional envelope. Connections are Screwed NPT/BSP (male/female) or Ferrule Tube OD from 1/4" to 1". The Needle Valve is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with ASME B16.34 / BS 4359 / MSS SP-99. Compliance documentation and Material Test Certificates (EN 10204 3.1) are provided with every order.
Standard construction is Forged Carbon Steel A105 / Forged Stainless Steel SS316 F316 / Barstock SS316. Alternative and upgraded grades -- Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy, and NACE MR0175 trims for sour service -- are available on request.
It is offered in DN6 (1/8") to DN25 (1") with Class 1500# / 3000# / 6000# / 10000# (up to 700 bar / 10,000 psi working pressure). End connections include flanged (RF / RTJ), butt-weld, socket-weld, and screwed ends as per specification.

Every valve undergoes hydrostatic shell and seat testing per API 598 / ISO 5208. Documentation includes EN 10204 3.1 MTC (3.2 on request), NDT reports, and fire-safe (API 607) or NACE MR0175 certification where applicable. Third-party inspection by TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd's Register can be arranged.
