Notes
- All product-contact surfaces are finished to Ra 0.8 µm and pass 100% boroscope inspection before dispatch.
- FDA EPDM liner is white for visual contamination detection; black NBR or PTFE-lined options available for non-food service.
- Tri-clamp ferrule size must match existing line ferrules (DIN 32676, SMS, or ISO 2852); specify at order.
- For SIP service above 135°C, specify PTFE or platinum-cured silicone liner with high-temperature handle.
- Valves are supplied bagged in polyethylene with nitrogen purge; store in original packaging until installation.
