Valve scope
Two lining options were supplied for the same mechanical envelope so the plant could match elastomer to media. On both options the body and disc are rubber lined (centric disc butterfly with single-piece rubber-lined lug body and moulded seat):
- CPE rubber lined, lug type, lever operated — 3 pieces. WCB body with CPE lining, WCB disc with CPE lining, CPE moulded seat, AISI 410 stem, hand lever. Face-to-face 57 mm (2-1/4 inch) per MSS-SP-67 / API 609 short pattern practice.
- EPR rubber lined, lug type, lever operated — 7 pieces. WCB body with EPR lining, WCB disc with EPR lining, EPR moulded seat, AISI 410 stem, hand lever. Same face-to-face and Class 150 lug drilling.

Lug type concentric butterfly valves are compact isolation valves for Class 150 utility lines. Rubber lining on both the body and the disc, with a moulded elastomer seat, gives tight shut-off on water, cooling, and light chemical service.
