How do I RFQ Stellite or hardfaced trim?

State which parts are hardfaced (seat, wedge, disc), alloy (Stellite 6 typical), valve type/size/class and quantity. Our archive shows Stellite called on WCB butterflies, forged blowdown globes and API 600 gates — we quote the hardfacing scope explicitly.

Follow the BOQ. “FULL STELLITE SEAT AND WEDGE” means both; “STELLITED” on butterfly usually means disc edge/seat.

Does Stellite change lead time?

Yes — plan extra for hardfacing and NDE when specified.
