Notes
- Five-valve manifolds are intended for critical measurement points where full isolation, venting, and equalising are required for safe transmitter maintenance.
- Remote-mount configuration uses tube fittings (Swagelok compatible); specify tube OD and wall thickness for ferrule selection.
- Bleed/vent connections are 1/4" NPT female; route vent tubing to safe disposal for toxic or high-pressure media.
- For SIS applications, specify SIL 2 or SIL 3 capable design with position monitoring switches on block valves.
- All internal passages are deburred and flushed with clean compressed air before assembly; manifold is pressure-tested as a complete assembly.
