Heavy-duty rubber-lined butterfly valves for abrasive mining slurry, ash handling, and corrosive chemical service. Thick bonded EPDM, NBR, or Viton liner (3 to 6 mm) protects the body from erosion. SS316 disc with ENP, chrome, or polyurethane coating resists particle impingement. API 609 / MSS SP-67 compliant. Gear operator standard for controlled operation in abrasive service.

Applicable Standards
| Standard | Description |
| Design Standard | API 609 Category A, MSS SP-67 |
Notes
- Slurry particle size, concentration, and chemical composition must be specified by the purchaser for correct liner material and thickness selection.
- For highly abrasive service (mining tailings, power plant ash), polyurethane disc coating and 6 mm liner thickness are strongly recommended.
- For dead-end service, lug body with tapped holes is required; wafer body is not suitable for dead-end isolation.
- All valves are manufactured by Supreme Valves India as per our standard specifications.
