Can a wafer butterfly be removed with the line pressurised on one side?
No — use a lug or flanged valve for dead-end isolation.
PN16 or Class 150?
PN16 is EN flange rating (~16 bar); Class 150 is ASME. Match the flange standard on the pipe.
